Their policy on handling late DVDs leaves a lot to be desired. I forgot to return a DVD rented back in April (my bad), and it ended up mixed in with my family's DVD collection. No one called to remind me it was late until more than 2 months had gone by. My late fees had run up to $25!!! If I bought the movie brand new at Walmart it would cost me $11.56 including shipping! I was told that if I don't return it the fees would be "much worse" than $25. So be warned. Rent at your own risk!!!!! Netflix is sooooo much better.
